Before Cafe Lamhey ever existed, founder Rohin Kumar was deeply involved in building a growing community of young founders, entrepreneurs, freelancers, creators, and startup enthusiasts. Through meetups, collaborations, and countless conversations, one thing became clear — people were searching for more than just networking. They needed a peaceful space where ideas could flow freely, work felt inspiring, and creativity could breathe beyond noisy offices and crowded cafés.

While working closely with this startup community, Rohin realized there was a major gap in the city. There were cafés for quick visits and restaurants for dining, but very few spaces designed for focused work, meaningful conversations, and mental refreshment. Entrepreneurs wanted a place where they could open laptops for hours, discuss ideas comfortably, enjoy quality coffee, and still feel calm, productive, and creatively energized.
